- 10 cups of flour
- 5 tsp of baking powder
- '1 Tbl of baking soda
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 tsp of salt (optional)
- 3 cups of corn flakes, crushed into crumbs
- 2 cups of Rolled Oats
- 3 cups of Whole wheat Flour
- Mix 1 1/2 cups of dry mix with 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups of milk
- Bake on a Griddle
