- 1 cup of Chili Powder
- 3/4 cup of Paprika (use Spanish not Hungarian)
- 3/4 cup of Cumin (ground)
- 1/2 cup of Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespood of Salt
- (Optional) 1 cup or Flour
Use 3/4 of a tablespoon for every 1 pound of Meat. Store in a sealed container.
